Returns Policy
Exchanges are considered valid within 30 days of purchase.
Defect claims are considered valid within 5 days of receiving the item.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please contact us first before sending back any items.
Exchanges may be lodged based on:
- a) change of mind (including incorrect sizing) or
b) defect
Change of Mind
Regarding exchanges on change of mind grounds (including incorrect sizing) we offer two options for altering a purchase.
- Exchange for another size if available or
- A credit in the form of an instore and online gift voucher worth the purchase price of the item (minus shipping cost and afterpay surcharges where applicable).
Please note that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
We also do not offer exchange or credit on sale items.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Packaged items must be in original packaging (CD, DVD, Vinyl Records, Wheels etc).
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To post your item:
Repackage the item in its original bag or other sealed bag (your local AusPost office can assist with this if you like) and post the item(s) back to us with tracking to:

Shipping costs for exchanging your item are the customer’s responsibility. Please include a simple note with the order number and a brief description of the desired alteration (Exchange or Credit).
Once we receive the item(s) in their original condition we can process your exchange or credit. For exchanges we will ship out the new item as soon as possible. In the event of a credit, we will contact you with your gift voucher.
When shipping an item, use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For international returns the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping in both directions.
Defect
Defect returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. For damaged items we typically offer repair services.
Bring the item instore or contact us via email with appropriate descriptions of the issue and multiple photos.
Unless otherwise informed, for international returns you will be responsible for paying for return shipping in both directions.
